I am Dr. Levente Tibor Tóth attorney-at-law, in the field of business law
I completed my law studies at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in 2016. In my third year of university, I already knew that a career as an attorney-at- law was ideal for me, so - climbing the ranks - following half a year of internship, I spent four years as a trainee lawyer in two civil law firms. Since successfully acquiring my bar exam in 2021, I have been practicing as an individual lawyer since April 2021, primarily in the field of business law, which deals with the financial affairs of individuals and legal entities too. After setting the goals to achieve and the appropriate strategy to follow, I represent and support my clients primarily with practical, consistent, and professional legal activities. I provide services to my clients in both Hungarian and English.

Considering the above legal fields, my area of activity is mainly

- settlements of civil and corporate legal relationships (comprehensive representation of business associations and non-governmental organizations from founding through lawful operation and change of ownership, to dissolution by involuntary bankruptcy/bankruptcy/voluntary liquidation/deregistration)
- legal compliance and conformity for natural persons and legal entities (compliance with labor, administrative, or any other legal and/or regulatory requirements)
- industrial patent protection (enforcement or regulatory proceedings related to trademarks, utility models, or any other types of intellectual property protection)
- receivable accounts management and enforcement (enforcement of monetary claims and other obligations)
- counseling and representation considering law of succession (proper settlement of the legal fate of inheritance, legal representation in probate proceedings, preparation of wills, etc.)
- legal advice on any areas of law, ranging from everyday matters to the creation of long-term strategies.
Remuneration
Ügyfeleim igényeinek teljeskörű kiszolgálása érdekében óradíjas, fix díjas vagy ezek együttese is megállapítható, némelyik esetben akár sikerdíj kikötése mellett. Majdnem minden ügynek eltérő a díjazása, ezért az ügy és az elvégzendő ügyvédi feladatok azonosítását követően tudjuk a díjazás mértékét megállapítani. Óradíjas megbízás esetén a megbízás teljesítéséhez előreláthatóan szükséges órák számáról az ügyfelet mindig tájékoztatom. Egyebekben a személyes tanácsadás díja 125 EUR/alkalomtól indul, amely összeg megbízási szerződés létrejötte esetén a szerződés szerinti munkadíj összegébe beleszámít.
